I have been to one of the buffalo grill locations as a child and I remember it left a good impression. It left such a good impression that when we were driving towards Amiens on our way to Munich I saw the steakhouse and remembered how I loved it. So when we landed in the hotel in Saint Avold we decided to try out this location. On entry the server Cindy, as well as what looked to be a trainee, gave us a seat and allowed us to get settled before coming back for our food. She was very kind, and did a great job explaining things with her "limited" English, which was enough to get by. She has a great attitude and made the experience immediately welcoming. When you are seated and get your menus you are given small bread squares as well as a appetizer salad each. They then took a drinks order and along with drinks they brought out a small tumbler size glass with popcorn, again as part of the service. From here on it just kept getting better in my eyes. I had the wings as a starter (5) which tasted amazing along with a sweet BBQ sauce. This was followed by a 380g sirloin and chips, which was excellent. At the end I opted for a new favourite of mine, the Dame Blanche which was again very nice without being too much.

Was quite impressed with the quality of food. Juicy burger. Quite an array of appetisers that come out as part of the meal. And it's awesome that the bun is stamped with Buffalo Grill. Did not like the carbonated water, however that is standard for europe, thus I should have known better

Cindy was very kind and helpful with the choice of dishes. Food as always super good and atmosphere impeccable. My fav side dish- baked potatoes is always mmmm really yummy. Potatoes are so nicely baked you could consider adding 'kumpir' to the menu. So just offer a bit of cheese and butter and people do their own mix inside the potatoe :)
